After our two dives in Bonaire in the morning and short lunch on the ship, we had some time to look at the capital Kralendijk.

The Caribbean island of Bonaire with its approximately 18,000 inhabitants is part of the Lesser Antilles. Along with Aruba and Curacao, Bonaire is one of the ABC islands (islands under the wind) and is only 80 kilometres from the South American mainland (Venezuela). The island consists of two parts, the greener, hilly northern part and the flat southern half. The island government is based in the capital Kralendijk.

Today we arrived at the port of Kralendijk in Bonaire at about 7 a.m. with the AIDAdiva.
