Puerto Rico is an island state in the Caribbean, has approximately 3,5 million inhabitants and consists on the island Puerto Rico and many smaller side islands as Vieques, Culebra or Culebrita. Puerto Rico is the easternmost and smallest island of the Greater Antilles and means “rich port”. The capital and largest city is San Juan. The highest mountain of the island is the Cerro La Punta with 1.338 meters, the longest river with 97 kilometers is the Rio de la Plata.

After 7 wonderful days in the Caribbean, our cruise with carnival Valor ended today again in San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico.
