The Galapagos Islands North Seymour is one of the smaller islands of the Galapagos archipelago. The island that is only approximately two square kilometres in size is located 1,5 kilometres at the north of the island Baltra and is separated from it by the Canal del Norte. It is named after an English nobleman Lord Hugh Seymour (1759 – 1801). No inhabitants live on the island. But on a round trip of about 1.4 kilometres you can observe frigate birds, blue-footed boobies, land iguanas and sea lions.
