Island of Santorini – Tourist Attractions in the capital Fira (Greece)
The island of Santorini (or Santorini) has been on our bucket list for a few years now. So we were very pleased when we saw that the island is on the program as part of our 7-day cruise with Celestyal Cruises through the Aegean Sea. Best of all, the Celestyal Crystal stays on reeds for a full two days compared to other cruise operators. Simply perfect 🙂

After Mykonos today the island of Milos was the second stop of our cruise with Celestyal Cruises. Our ship was the only cruise ship on the day, so the flow of tourists was limited. When we got the offer after ITB Berlin to explore a new cruise route in the Greek Aegean with Celestyal Cruises and Discover Greece, we were very happy. Greece, and the Cyclades islands in particular, have long been on our “da-would-we-to-be-still-to-go” list. The program of the new route includes the destinations Mykonos, Milos, Santorini and Crete – in short: the highlights in the eastern Mediterranean, of which we have already seen many pictures of other bloggers on Instagram and Facebook. …

On our way back from the ROBINSON Club in the Maldives we made a stopover in Zurich, because we didn’t know the city yet. On our way back from the ROBINSON Club in the Maldives we made a short layover in Zurich, because the stopover on the way to Frankfurt was really very good. We didn’t know the city yet, so the holiday on May 1st was very convenient for us to hang another day of vacation behind.

When we first arrived in the Maldives at Veligandu Island Resort in 2012, we didn’t have a diving license. We did our PADI Open Water course only one year later at the Atmosphere Resort in the Philippines.
